Autopay Authorization

Terms that apply when you enroll in recurring automatic payments.

This document is a structural placeholder. Final language must be drafted and approved by qualified lending counsel before production launch. Disclosure text is versioned and configurable from the admin Compliance Center.

Recurring authorization

You authorize recurring debits from the account you designate for the amount and on the schedule you select, until you cancel.

Amount and schedule

AutoPay may be set to the full monthly payment or, where permitted, a fixed amount. The withdrawal date must fall within the scheduling options allowed for your loan.

Changes and cancellation

You may change the payment method, pause where contractually permitted, or cancel AutoPay in your account. Changes must be made before the cutoff shown at enrollment.

Authorization record

We retain a record of your authorization including version, timestamp, IP address, and the masked account used.

NACHA and ACH terms

Placeholder for required ACH authorization language pending review by counsel and originating financial institution requirements.
