Data protection
Data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive fields such as Social Security numbers and bank account numbers are encrypted at rest and displayed only in masked form.
Account security
We support strong authentication, optional multi-factor authentication, session expiration, and reauthentication for sensitive changes.
Access controls
Internal access is role-based and least-privilege, and administrative actions are recorded in an immutable audit log.
Payments
Card data is tokenized through a PCI-compliant processor. DriveBridge does not store raw card numbers.
Monitoring
We monitor sign-in activity and maintain fraud monitoring hooks. Customers can review recent device and session activity in their profile.
What we will never do
We will never ask for your password, and we will never request your full Social Security number or full bank account number by email or text message.
