Consumer report information

With your authorization, we collect information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies for legitimate financing-related purposes, including evaluating, processing, underwriting, servicing, and administering your request for vehicle financing. That information may include credit history, credit attributes, and a credit score where contractually permitted. The related inquiry may appear on your credit report.

Consumer report content, credit scores, full Social Security numbers, and bureau account details are never displayed publicly. Access requires authentication, a legitimate business need, and a specific credit review permission held only by authorized underwriting and compliance personnel. Each access is written to the compliance audit trail.

Your choices

You may manage communication preferences in your account. Certain servicing and legal notices cannot be opted out of.

Security

Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, masked in the interface, and access is restricted by role with audit logging.

Retention
